Company purpose
BluEye Simulations S.r.l. is engaged in the development, production and marketing of high-tech products and services, in particular: (i) the design, implementation, maintenance and development of software, digital platforms, applications and IT systems; (ii) the implementation and supply of artificial intelligence solutions, including models, pipelines, data analysis systems and simulation and forecasting tools; (iii) the creation of software and services for the simulation and analysis of social and economic phenomena, including agent-based modelling systems and decision support tools for businesses, organisations and institutions; (iv) the performance of research and development activities in the fields of information technology, mathematics, statistics, computational and social sciences; (v) the provision of consulting, technical assistance, training and educational services in the fields of information technology, science and technology, as well as the production and management of digital content and media functional to the above activities. The company may carry out all commercial, industrial, movable property, real estate and financial transactions deemed necessary or useful for the achievement of its corporate purpose, including the acquisition of shareholdings in other companies or entities, within the limits permitted by law and with the exception of reserved activities.

The founders, who are equal shareholders, are Riccardo Vasellini and Joel Osea Baldo Gentile. Both hold PhDs (for more information, see the “About us” page).
